Week 2 began with a few wet days.
Which brought out the snails! :)
What better way to spend a drizzly day in Seattle than indoor climbing!! These boys LOVED it.
I was impressed with how brave they were, and how quickly they caught on.

Meanwhile, Grandma braved the drizzle (which cleared!) and took the younger two to Remlinger Farm.

That evening we enjoyed a fun night out with Amy and Eric. Love this friend.
The next day - a big Seattle first. We had lunch at the TOP of the Space Needle!
They were wonderfully accommodating of Grandma and I trying to wrangle three very excited boys. Dad and Grandpa were both tied up.

The restaurant floor rotates, while the windows remain stationary. They give the kids sticky notes so they can write messages for other guests to answer.

That night we got to meet up with my college roomie Sarah and her husband. Such sweet times.
Friday we headed East to cousin Barb's house in the dessert. This hamburger joint was a perfect lunch stop.
I got to see my cousin Robin and her three sweet boys! So many fun Sunday afternoons on the family farm with this girl growing up.
Dave and I snuck away to a local Columbia Gorge winery.
Gorgeous views, so nice to have time together.

Uncle Chris was incredibly brave, and brought five boys camping by HIMSELF. Same spot we camped at last year - Crescent Bar.
They had SO much fun!
The next morning we hopped a ferry to church.
So fun to visit a church that was planted by the father of a sweet friend of ours at Fourth.
Monday brought one last walk to the lake to feed the ducks. These two were so cute as they walked and talked.

What in incredible gift to soak up two weeks in such a wonderful place - family, beautiful mountains, water, dear old friends, delicious coffee. We are again so thankful for this time!
