The Graduate

As of today, Will has officially ended his services with the Montgomery County Infant and Toddlers Program. He still has a few slight gross motor and speech delays, but since we've met all of our goals, and he's within normal range, our PT felt we were ready to end services. Way to go buddy! We've loved the staff we've worked with, and have been so thankful for the support we've received. And now I'm very pleased to have another free morning. A few recent pics of my little big man.

May Already?

How is the school year almost over?!? And how did my last post somehow get deleted? I'm not sure, but decided to combine the last of my April pictures with a few that we've taken in May. It's been a gorgeous Spring (sorry to rub it in to all my sweet family and friends in Seattle) - but this time of year around here is like the summer I'm used to. So we've been soaking up - shorts every day, front yard baseball, afternoons at the park....and very disorganized closets. We're waiting for a rainy day to get to some of those ;).

The perfect picture of all three of my boys continues to elude me. I really need to tackle this when Dave is home someday. Will loved the "peek-a-boo" game I was playing, but Caden couldn't stop saying it with me =).

I may just need to pay someone.

The royal wedding - loved every second. We had a girls night with the ycf gals on Friday night (Dave was out of town -perfect), complete with fancy hats (fascinators), English tea cookies and sandwiches. And the next day a few of us attended the Women's Day retreat together - what a fun weekend of girlinessfor me!

Easter

"But he was pierced for our transgressions,

Here is a bit of how our Easter celebration looked this year.

Eggs ready to be colored. We had some from a local farm this year, which made for some fun colors to begin with.

We made an Easter tree this year - I thought it would be a good idea to do this one afternoon while Dave was gone ;). It went fairly well - just a bit of extra work to make it a positive experience for everyone. The boys helped me color paper eggs, and then we added verses.

And in other big news - Will is WALKING!! He took his first real steps on Good Friday - so exciting.

Later that evening, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Grandpa Jerry and Grandma Dee Dee's with all the "usual suspects". Our camera died, so sadly we have no pictures :(, but the food and company were fabulous.
