We had a wonderful day celebrating our nations birthday. While our boys aren't quite ready for late night fireworks (too loud, Andrew says), we enjoyed some fun daytime festivities. We began by heading up to the Griffin's for their neighborhood parade - which included tooons of kids on their bikes, scooters, wagons all decked out with ribbon and balloons for the 4th, followed by an old fashion fire truck. We ended at their beautiful neighborhood pool, where we enjoyed burgers, hot dogs, and chips before going for a swim.
We headed home for naps, and then headed back out for some early evening fun at the Choi's. We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner, and the boys looooved playing with Nathan and his cousins.
