We savoured every moment of our 24 hour get-away to reunite with seminary friends in Southern Maryland. Our big boys stayed in DC with friends and family (thanks
Choi's and Grandpa Jerry!). I never could have imagined 3 years ago how easy and refreshing a getaway with a baby could feel. All four couples had babies under 6 months of age - it was SO fun to catch up with these dear sweet friends and meet each other's covenant babes.

My favorite part of the trip - a sunset boat road ride on the bay over to Solomons Island. We enjoyed wine, cheese, uninterrupted conversation (the babies were back at the
Nilsson home with awesome sitters). Once at Solomon's we grabbed drinks at the
Tiki bar, and dinner on the water. SUCH a fun night.
