catching up

We've been busy, as life with three little dudes should be. I'm a bit behind in postings pics, so here's my attempt to catch up:

We still haven't sent out a birth announcement for Will. I really wanted to include a picture of all three of them, but it's been impossible to capture a good one of all three (especially when it involves a 2 year old).

One of Andrew's favorite aspects of preschool BY FAR has been painting. He's even told me about what he's planning to paint on the way to school :). It's been fun to watch his creations evolve from lines and squiggles to actual objects and pictures. Since there's no way we'll be able to save all of these, I thought I'd post a few here:

weekend without daddy

Dave was away on the men's retreat this past weekend, which meant my first chunk of days flying solo with all 3 boys. After having a very sick husband all week, the weekend somehow seemed easier, especially because we had dinner with friends both nights, and some very kind ycf'ers come play with the boys Saturday afternoon. A few highlights...

Choi was very nice to watch ALL three boys so Jen, Dee Dee and I could hit a local rummage sale (and Starbucks) on Saturday morning.

We had plans to meet the cousins at krispy kreme Sat morning, but they had to cancel due to little sickies. It was pouring outside, and I really didn't want to drag all three through the rain, so the drive through option made this mama (and her boys) VERY happy. Love that they advertise 0 grams of trans fat......seriously.

Caden is getting good at holding and strumming the guitar (again, we're working on the boy band skills) - maybe we should find one with more than 2 strings ;).

so, who do ya look like?

I get asked almost every day who I think Will looks like. I'm so bad at figuring that out when they're so young, BUT there is something about him that has reminded me a ton of Andrew as a baby. I took advantage of tummy time to grab a few more 3 month pics, and decided to compare with my other boys here....

3 months, baby!

William Walker hit the 3 month mark this weekend :). Already we have been so blown away by what an happy and laid back boy he is. He's so generous with his smiles, is an excellent sleeper (thanks little man), and has even started giggling (my favorite). We are ALL enjoying him so much!!
